World famous bar tender Charles Joly was engaged to develop the most functional possible bar tools.  This ice bucket was designed to meet his demanding specifications.  Double walled for insulation to keep the ice cold.  A grate so water from melting ice could drain and keep the remaining ice dry.  A clip on the lid so it can rest on the side of the bucket while open and not have to sit on the bar. A scoop with drain holes.  The form is an oval so when not used for mixing drinks there is room to keep two bottles of wine (or bubbly) on ice.
